1. Bhimashankar jyotirlinga
Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga is located at a distance of 100 km from Pune and is also considered one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of India. The temple is located in the Sahyadri hills at a height of around 3,250 feet known for its beautiful natural surroundings.
2. Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga
Trimbakeshwar Temple where three Lords are worshipped Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh in small Lingams. Located at Brahmagiri Hills, Trimbak near Nashik at a distance of around 28 km.
Besides the temple holy river Godavari originates. Kushavarta Kund also lies in the temple premises known as Fadnavis of Indore State. A large of devotees visit Trimbakeshwar Jyotirling especially in the month of Shravan.
3. Greeshneshwar Jyotirlinga
Greeshneshwar Temple also known as Ghrneshwar Temple is one of the 12 Jyotirling located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The temple is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site.The temple is built of red rocks and made of a five-tier shikara. You can see the ten avatars of Lord Vishnu carved in red stone which makes the temple more beautiful.
4. Aundha Nagnath
Aundha Nagnath is a Hindu pilgrimage site located in the Hingoli district of Maharashtra where Lord Nagnath is worshipped. The temple is considered one of the 12 Jyotirlingas and one Jyotirlings out of 5 of Maharashtra.
It is believed that by praying at this temple devotees can protect themselves against all kinds of poisons.
5.Parli Vaidyanath Jyotirlinga Temple
Parli Vaidyanath Jyotirlinga is located in Parli, Maharashtra and is considered one of the Jyotirling. The temple is considered an important pilgrimage site especially for the devotees of Lord Shiva.
Parli Vaidyanath Temple attracts a large number of devotees during the year ane mostly during festivals and Shravan month. This Jyotirling is connected to the story of Lord Ravana. It is said that at this place Ravana worshipped Lord Shiva.
